Foto e video reportage realizzato in Pakistan: la video intervista per l’azienda Pakistana Crescent Bahümán Limited

Un percorso iniziato nel 2019 e concluso nel 2020 con la raccolta di 25 scatti iconici in un libro libro fotografico fine art a tiratura limitata.

L’intervista con il Team Meidea per Crescent Bahümán Limited ed il progetto di narrazione visiva “25 Years of Daily Commitment”.

Qual era l’idea alla base di questo libro d’arte?

Nella prima parte del video raccontiamo dello sviluppo del concept legato alla sostenibilità e di come abbiamo rappresentato l’ecosistema autosufficiente CBL attraverso l’uso della fotografia e visual storytelling.

Qual è stata la parte più divertente, i momenti unici o le interazioni che hai avuto durante le riprese?

Nella seconda parte della video intervista per Crescent Bahuman Limited, Eleonora e Diego ricordano i momenti trascorsi con i dipendenti CBL e le loro famiglie durante i diversi servizi fotografici, le condivisioni di esperienze vissute nella factory e nella sua città.

One of the most beautiful and funny moment that I remember was when two young ladies came to our guest house to give me these presents before I left: two handmade greeting cards. It was a sweet moment for me, they are now in my home and every time I see them it reminds me of how many wonderful experiences we shared together.

Quali sono i tuoi pensieri riguardo la vita e la cultura di CBL?

Nella terza e ultima parte della video intervista per @crescentbahuman, Eleonora e Diego descrivono la comunità CBL, il suo attitudine all’accoglienza, la vita in armonia con l’ambiente ed il loro lavoro.

During the shooting there were moments of intense interaction, in particular with the families who live in CBL. The younger boys and especially the younger ladies invited me to come into their homes to meet their parents, brothers and sisters to share together everyday experiences, such as preparing to go to school, or designing mehndi on the hands; for example one morning they even cooked breakfast for me and we ate it together. The beauty of these people is precisely this welcoming attitude of sharing with others. They let you into their life stretching out their hand to invite you to get to know them, so that’s why we have chosen an open hand facing the viewer to start the photo reportage in the book: it is the most simple, spontaneous and beautiful gesture that a person can do.
